This course offers an Introduction to the world of menswear garment making. It is an intermediate course and requires basic sewing skills and a keen eye for detail and perfect sewing. Students must know how to use the Industrial straight sewing machine must have basic sewing skills, and have a good understanding of basic mathematics. 

 

Learning outcome:

 

1.) Shirts with sleeves, necklines and collars.
2.) Trousers with a fly front zip openings and pockets.
3.) Kaftan.
4.) Waistcoat. 
5.) Facings and Lining. 
6.) A project of 3 looks including A shirt, trousers, Kaftan and waistcoat.
